He will sit on his glorious throne and he will separate people one from another. – Matthew 25:31-46
To Serve Christ in Others means seeing Jesus in everyone we meet, especially those most in need. When Jesus describes the Last Judgement, He shows that our love for God is proven by how we treat others. He separates people like a shepherd separates sheep from goats, according to their mercy and compassion.
Jesus fasts for forty days and is tempted. – Matthew 4:1-11
Resisting Temptation begins with Jesus, who fasts for forty days in the desert and faces real trials of hunger, power, and glory. When Resisting Temptation, He answers every attack from the devil with God’s Word and complete trust in the Father.
I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. – Luke 5:27-32
Jesus Calls Sinners with mercy, inviting each heart to repentance and renewal in God’s love. When Jesus Calls Sinners, He shows that grace comes before change and that healing begins when we admit our need for Him. He calls Levi, a tax collector, who leaves everything to follow and then celebrates his new life with joy.
